Puschendorf Coat of Arms

Shield Argent with base embattled Gules, above parted per pale, at dexter Or a demi-eagle Sable couped per pale and armed Ot, at sinister Argent an oak twig Vert with three leaves.
Meaning:
The dexter half displays the eagle of the Free Imperial City of Nürnberg, to which the municipality historically belonged for a long time. The twig is canting, representing a grove (Old High German: busc/pusc, current German: Busch). It is also representing a very old oak, a natural monument. The base is representing the fortified local church.
