Reckendorf Coat of Arms

Shield Azure, in base a boat Or, standing in the boat a ferry man Argent holding an oar of the same, in dexter chief a tile Or, in sinister chief an umbel of hops Or.
Meaning:
Boat and ferryman are taken from the arms of the Lords of Schöffstall, who owned the village between 1349 and 1544. Tile and umbel are representing the most important business lines, a brickyard and six breweries.
