[The above cited website showed a picture of the display of Swiss and Red Cross flags on the Mittlere Brücke in Basel on the International Day of the Red Cross (8 May) in 2016. This was to honour the 150th anniversary of the Swiss Red Cross. Pictures of an other source here and here.]

[Red Cross Flag, used by the Swiss Army. Since the arms of the cross are square, the flag was made before the regulation of 1889, which determined the 7:6 ratio of the arms, as Mäder/Mattern write (source).]
