Description of the flag

The Village of Fenelon Falls is a former incorporated village within Victoria County, Ontario, until 2001, when all of Victoria County and all municipalities within it where dissolved to become the (Independent) City of Kawartha Lakes. The flag of the former village was blue with the village seal on it:
