Description of the flag

The flag of the Rural Municipality of Victoria, Manitoba, consists of three vertical stripes of black-white-black, with municipal seal on the center of the white stripe. The flag was made in the 1990's by St. Claude Flags (Ethel's Flags). It was originally made for the Festival of Nations that used to take place in Holland. The Rural Municipality of Victoria was established in 1902. It has population of 1,149.
