Description of the flag

At www.rainschamber.com/webpages/news.htm it is said : "The new county flag is on sale in the Chamber office." From what I may conclude there was an old flag, but I don't know what it looked like. The page being dated September 2004, it seems that the attached flag was adopted this year.
