The Flag

I learned of this flag from a post by Kevin Harrington about the flags photographed by NAVA member Mark Ritzenheim.

DeWitt has had a new logo since 2005, so the present flag uses this logo. I couldn't find a photo of the entire flag, but I suspect that the state name does not appear on the flag because it does not appear on the city seal shown in the city council chamber.
