The City Administration confirmed that Keokuk, Iowa, has no flag.

The city of Keokuk, Iowa, has had a flag since the 1960s, but it was forgotten in a corner of city hall. However, while the city hall was destroyed by a fire in February 2019, the city flag was rescued and recovered. The flag was designed by artist Roger Thompson in a contest sponsored by the Keokuk Jaycees. The flag has been reproduced and was displayed at a city council meeting.
