Presentation

The Mliyivs'ka Community (Мліївська сільська громада) was created in 2017. It has about 201 km², with about 5300 inhabitants. The Community has three populated places. Its administrative seat is the Village of Mliyiv.
The Community hasn't adopted its own symbols, yet, as far as I know (In such cases usually the symbols of the administrative seat are in use, until the distinct symbols are adopted).

The flag of the village was designed by Natalia and Boris Sidorenko. The flag is a rectangular cloth of blue color, which symbolizes the reservoirs of the village, prosperity and knowledge. The green color symbolizes the power of living nature, the forests surrounding the village. The white color is a symbol of spiritual strength, purity and hard work, as well as the gold of the village – sugar beets. The ratio of the length of the blue and green colors on the cloth is 1:1. In the center of the cloth there is an image of the small coat of arms.

Greater Arms

The coat of arms has two variants – full and lesser arms. The coat of arms was designed by Natalia and Boris Sidorenko. The large coat of arms consists of a small coat of arms and a cartouche. The cartouche consists of a large pentagonal shield of blue color, this is the color of the largest reservoir of the village. At the top of the shield is the number 500 (the lower part of the font is depicted in the form of a mosaic, reminiscent of earth scorched by the sun), as a symbol of the "Five-Hundred Movement", started by Maria Demchenko and Marina Gnatenko. The shield is entwined on the right and left with two flags of Ukraine at the top, and on the right and left with the flags of the village at the bottom. Under the shield is a white and blue ribbon, symbolizing the river Vilshanka, on it is written the name of the village in an old font.

Smaller Arms

The small coat of arms is a composition of a white pentagonal shield (white symbolizes spiritual power) and the white gold of the village – sugar beet – with a golden border. In the center of the shield is a golden wreath of golden ears of corn on top, and sunflowers, oak branches, immortelle flowers, and daisies on the bottom. The coat of arms depicts a golden nightingale. In the center of the coat of arms is a mill that disperses clouds, a road – a symbol of the valiant labor and military exploits of the Staroseletsky people.
