It has an aquamarine or maybe cyan field, and in the emblem the FISU outlined 
U, though in blue, rather than black.

The Universiade flag replaces the Olympic rings with the letter U (from the 
logo of the FISU) and has an electric blue background.

We have the national emblem smaller than Peace Eye 
2000 has it. I notice the exact size and placement of the emblem varies 
between flags  (depictions) as well. I wonder whether this is valid for the 
actual flags too. While I think the field in the Peace Eye 
2000 is too green, compared to the photograph ours might be too bright.
