The flag of the Serbian Sailing Association is drawn here according to the

The
Association has its own sign, logo and other symbols, the appearance of which is
determined by the Assembly of Association. The Association has a light blue
flag, rectangular in shape with a ratio of sides 1: 2, in the upper left corner
is the trademark of the Association. I haven't found the photo yet.
