In Hebron, (West Bank/Palestine), there is the "Palestine Polytechnic
University" (PPU). It has a Hamas-affiliated "Islamic bloc" student organization
that is sometimes stifled by the Fatah-affiliated "Palestinian Authority"
government; c. Nov. 2023. Overall, this flag resembles other vertical Hamas
flags, but just below the large circular "shahada" logo there is a smaller
indiscernible logo apparently being that of the "Islamic bloc" at the PPU. Just
below that logo is the slogan: "Palestine Polytechnic University" ... "Islamic
bloc".
