Blue flag with red edges on top and bottom fimbriated with. In blue filed a white Latin cross surrounded by white rays and flanked by white capitals “D” (upper hoist) “I” (upper fly) “S” (lower hoist) and “M” (lower fly).
I spotted this flag on 18 April 2017 at the local kontor in Ålesund.
