In a documentary about Kim Yojong, youngest child of North Korea’s former
dictator and sister of the current one, a red flag, apparently 1:2, can be seen,
hoisted at the musealized winter cabin of Kim Ilsung, a historic location (https://youtu.be/Uq1ANdWRIh0&t=12m5s
at time stamp 12′05″). I suppose that this is the “red
flag of socialism”, which had official ceremonial use in several Soviet
Block countries.
Maybe this is also (still) the case in North Korea?
