The municipality of Louviers (18,705 inhabitants - Lovériens - in 2022; 2,706 ha) is located on river Eure.
Louviers, famous in the past for bedsheet production, is still
the center of the main producing area of oilseed and fiber flax in France.

The current flag is white with the logo created in 2015. Inspired by
the city's coat of arms, it aims to be resolutely modern and to allow
us to "remain true to our roots, while looking towards the future." In
December 2016, the city of Louviers' belonging to Normandy was added
to the logo (source: municipal website).

The flag of Louviers, hoisted in front of the Town Hall,
along with the French, European Union, and Normand flags, is white with the
municipal logo in the middle.
The logo is made of a pale green cursive "L" letter over a dark green wave probably symbolizing river Eure. "Ville de Louviers" is written over the logo.
