At provincial
website, there is a totally different flag design (but with the
same colors).

We show a flag by Jens Pattke, sent on 8 Feb 2006, with no source and Olivier Touzeau's comment of 2 years later warning that Jens's image doesn't match at
all the depiction given at the official website.
Using the latter I created this variant. It is a "Czech-style"
flag - a 2:3 biband of green over white with a red hoist triangle with a central
angle of 74° (it doesn't extend an even fraction of the flag's height nor
matches its diagonals nor is equilateral); on the hoist triangle two white
five-pointed regular upright stars, one half the size of the other and the
larger one's outer circle diameter approx. 1/6th of the flag's height, placed tightly
near the triangle's central tip in an irregular pattern that suggests a night sky
asterism.
The official website quoted by Olivier is unavailable, but archived
here.
We'd like to know Jens' source for the 1:2 horizontal tricolor of green, white,
and red which, by the way, was drawn at 217×432 px with slightly nonstandard
green and non-parsimonious palette).
Also note that the Spanish
Wikipedia page about this canton shows an image that matches the official
design located by Olivier but in 1:2 ratio, darker red, and less uneven stars,
even if still unequal (that is: a
2nd version).
And the stripes were slightly unequal, too.
