About the Flag of Pinhalzinho

A green flag with a white saltire charged with a narrower red saltire, overall a white rectangle bearing the municipal coat of arms. The coat of arms is shown as white scattered with small red dots, with a red wheel--possibly a ship’s helm--between four green pine trees (a pun on the city's name), and in the center base an indistinguishable charge.
