Poposki, 16 September 2020The City of Buenos Aires, since 1996, is divided into 15 communes. These entities has no special names, but are numbered, from Comuna 1 to Comuna 15.
Comuna 3 includes the barrios Balvanera and San Cristóbal.
No special logo is known for Comuna 3.

The Barrio Balvanera is part of Comuna 3. Its emblem shows the likeness of 
Carlos Gardel - singer, songwriter, composer and actor, and the most prominent 
figure in the history of tango, who once lived in the barrio.
