International Congress of Vexillology

Every two years, vexillologists around the world unite for a week of discussion of flags in both formal and informal settings. These meetings are the International Congress of Vexillology (ICV). The 2007 meeting was held in Berlin, Germany, the 2009 meeting was in Yokohama, Japan, and the 2011 meeting was in Alexandria, Virginia, USA. The next meeting will be in Rotterdam, Netherlands, in 2013.
