Description of the flag

Bryant University is a private four-year university located in Smithfield, Rhode Island. Prior to 2004, it was known as Bryant College. The institution grants both bachelor's degrees and master's degrees. Founded in 1863, the institution was named after its founders, John and Henry Bryant.

A flag of Bryant University can be seen online. The flag features both of the University's logos displayed on a white field: the circular globe seal is positioned toward the hoist, while the name logo is toward the fly.
