Description of the flag

Smith Island in the Maryland portion of the Chesapeake Bay is light blue with a St. Pirrans Cross in the Canton. A black line 1/3 of up from bottom denotes the Maryland-Virginia state line and a green circle above the line represents the Island itself.

The specifications for this flag is 1:2 overall ratio, with the canton taking exactly one quadrant; the cross-arm's thickness is 10% of the flag’s height (i.e., 1/5th of the canton), the width of the stripe is 1/14th of it and the diameter of the disc is is 1/4th.
