Description of the flag

A sand-colored flag, with the town seal in the center. The seal consists of a shield bearing a portrait of E.N. Holbrook, in front of a red and white striped background, and on the red top of the shield the words COCHATO 1634. Around the shield are other town names, a hammer and anvil, a scythe and plow, a sword-wielding arm, and around the seal is a ring with the town name and date. Holbrook is in Norfolk County.

From the town homepage:

"Holbrook Massachusetts, incorporated February 29, 1872, is a small residential community located 13 miles southeast of Boston in Norfolk County. The town just celebrated its 30th 'birthday' in 1996. Major roads that pass through Holbrook include Mass. Route 37 and Mass. Route 139. "
