"It was confirmed by village council at September, 22, 2000. A square panel, on a yellow background a willow tree with a black trunk and branches and green leaves, from below there passes a horizontal vert strip (width in 1/6 sides of a flag). The authors are Yu.Terlets'kyi and A.Grechylo.

From the site of Ukrainian Heraldry:
"It was confirmed by village council at September, 22, 2000. In a or field on a vert basis a willow tree with a sable trunk and branches and vert leaves. The authors are A.Grechylo, Yu.Terlets'kyi. The image of a willow ("verba") is so-called a "nominal" symbol and specifies the name of village.

The Village

From the site of Ukrainian Heraldry:
"The first written mentions of a settlement were dated at 1442. In second half of XVI century village passes to Malyns'ki which have built the castle with earthen shaft, and the Verba appears in certificates already as city. In beginning of XVIII century Malyns'ki achieve renewal of privileges on city rights for the Verba. An old symbol of city to find out it was not possible."
