Flaggenbuch (1926) [d9e26]
shows the flag of the Minister of Navy as a square red flag with four
white bombs, one in each corner, and
a white cabled anchor in the middle.
National Geographic (1917)
[gmc17] shows for the "Secretary of
Navy" (that is, the Minister of Navy) a flag in ratio 3:4, red
with four white bombs, placed one-two-one, and an anchor in a white
fimbriated canton.
The flag of the Minister of Navy does not appear in any subsequent source. This flag is used today by the Commander in Chief of the Naval Forces.
