It is a quite typical portuguese municipal flag, with the
coat of arms centered on a green yellow background.

The arms are argent a fountain sable playing argent between two trees
leaved vert, trunked and erradicated sable and fruited or and on a chief gules
an arm in plate armour and naked hand proper issuant and holding a sword
bladed argent and hilted or. Mural crown argent with four visible towers
(town rank) and white scroll reading in black
upper case letters "VILA DE SABROSA".

communes, covering 156,9 km². It belongs to:
