Shield Gules, two millstones Argent ordered per fess, in chief a Paschal Lamb nimbed Or, in base two olive branches Or fruited sable and crossed per saltire. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black capitals "PORTO DE MÓS - SÃO JOÃO BAPTISTA".
Meaning:
The Paschal Lamb is an attribute of St. John the Baptist, being name giver of the commune and local patron saint.

Shield Or, an eradicated potatoe shrub Vert with five potatoes Gules, in chief a pair of keys Gules crossed per saltire, in base three lozenges Sable ordered per fess. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black capitals "PORTO DE MÓS - S. PEDRO".
Meaning:
The crossed keys are an attribute of St. Peter, being name giver of the commune and local patron saint.
