The arms are Argent three cherry twigs Vert fruited Gules ordered 1:2 and on a mound Vert a cauldron Or garnished Sable. Mural crown argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll reading in black upper case letters "SARZEDO - MOIMENTA DA BEIRA".

Sarzedo Commune is one of the 16 communes of Moimenta da Beira Municipality (q.v.); it had 200 inhabitants in 2001 and covers 8,52 km².
