The arms are Argent a bunch of grapes Purpure leaved Vert and on a bordure Sable eight ears of wheat Or set in orle and poiting clockwise. Mural crown argent with four visible towers (town rank) and white scroll reading in black upper case letters "Vila do Cadaval".
António Martins, 24 May 2007

The symbolsm of these arms seems to be trivially based on the local (importance of) agricultural produce.
