Of the three communes of the Arronches Municipality
two of them have adopted arms and flags: Esperança and
Assunção; Mosteiros has not, according to
Sérgio

It is a fairly typical portuguese communal flag,
with the coat of arms centered on a
plain green background. Flag and arms adopted and

The arms are Argent an olive tree Vert erradicated and fruited of the Same between two garbs Vert tied Gules and on a base wavy Azure two barrulets wavy Argent. Mural crown argent with four visible towers (town rank) and white scroll reading in black upper case letters "Assunção — Arronches". Original blazon:
Escudo de ouro, oliveira de verde arrancada do mesmo e frutada de negro, entre duas gavelas de espigas de trigo de verde, atadas de vermelho; campanha de burelas ondeadas de azul e prata.
