The Pakistan Aeronautical Complex (commonly abbreviated as PAC) "is a
facility used to service, assemble and manufacture aircraft for the Pakistani
Armed Forces. Located at Kamra, in the Punjab province of Pakistan".
The complex was started in the 1970s (http://www.pac.org.pk/history)

There's also inside the PAC, the "Aircraft Manufacturing Factory (AMF), formerly known as P-751, is dedicated to heavy military aircraft manufacturing".
