Description of the flag

The Pakistan Aeronautical Complex (commonly abbreviated as PAC) "is a facility used to service, assemble and manufacture aircraft for the Pakistani Armed Forces. Located at Kamra, in the Punjab province of Pakistan".

There's also inside the PAC, the "Aircraft Manufacturing Factory (AMF), formerly known as P-751, is dedicated to heavy military aircraft manufacturing".

The flag of the AMF can be seen here: (flag on the foreground, first flag from left to right). Notice that in this picture, the AMF logo is displayed on the aircraft MFI-395 Super Mushshak, produced at AMF. One can also see the flag here: (first flag from left to right).
