Snåsa coat of arms is not found in [c2j87] or its appendix [c2j88], as it is a newer that that, approved by the royal resolution of 19 August 1994, as stated in the legislation link posted by Tomislav.
The blazon is: I blått en gull marisko. In English: Azure a lady's-slipper orchid or. (at least that is how Wikipedia identifies https://no.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marisko to Cypripedium calceolus to English https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cypripedium_calceolus)
