From https://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vlag_van_Oudemirdum:

The flag of the village of Oudemirdum was adopted on July 17, 2021 and was chosen by the villagers from six submitted designs. The village flag was designed by Hanny van den Berg. The hare in the flag refers to the former municipality of Gaasterland. The colors blue, yellow, green and red are taken from the flag of Gaasterland, the white is taken from the flag of De Friese Meren. The crown and ears of corn are taken from the coat of arms of Gaasterland.
