Overview

FINA was founded in 1908, and now has 171 countries affiliated with it. The flag is 1:2; a light blue-white-light blue tribar. In the upper light blue tribar a white world map in two parts near hoist. The flag was introduced in 1908.

During the opening ceremony the flag of the competions was also flown joinly with the flag of FINA and that of Italy.
The flag of the competition was white charged with the official logo.
