Presentation of Pisarovina

The municipality of Pisarovina is located some 25 km due south of Zagreb, near river Kupa. The municipality counts only about 4,000 inhabitants, but the second largest village, Jamnica, is the site of excellent mineral water sources, through which Jamnica is reknown not only in Croatia as one of the most prominent Croatian exports. The pure natural waters are also resource for fresh water fishing. The two have found their way into the coat of arms of Pisarovina.
