Flag of Lipik

The symbols of Lipik are described in Articles 5-7 of the Town Statutes Statut Grada Lipika (text), adopted on 9 July 2009 by the Town Assembly and published on 14 July 2009 in the Town official gazette Službeni glasnik Grada Lipika, No. 34, although adopted earlier.

The symbols were designed by the Heraldic Art d.o.o. company, from Rijeka.

The flag is in proportions 1:2, white with the coat of arms, bordered yellow, in the middle.

The coat of arms is "Vert, the 'Kursalon' building above a horse's head argent". Kursalon, a neo-Renaissance building from 1893, is the most representative building of the Lipik spa, renown as a treatment spa. Lipik is famous also for the Lipicanac horse, whose head is the other element of the arms.
