Flag of Čeminac, two versions - Images by Željko Heimer, 2 October 2015
The municipality of Čeminac (2,856 inhabitants in 2001, 1,108 in the village of Čeminac proper) is located some 15 km due north of Osijek in Baranya. By the Law of 13 July 2006 on Local Subdivisions, the former municipality of Novi Čeminac (390 inh.) was incorporated into Čeminac.

The flag (video) of Čeminac is in proportions 1:2, light blue with the coat of arms, bordered yellow, in the middle. The municipality also uses a flag (photo, photos) with the field considerably lighter blue than the coat of arms and without the yellow outline around the shield.

Coat of arms of Čeminac - Image by Željko Heimer, 11 April 2009
The coat of arms is "Azure a lion rampant double-queued or holding a ploughshare argent".
The ploughshare (in Croatian, lemeš) is a frequent element in the coat of arms of rural communities in Slavonia (and Hungary, too).
