The symbols of Udbina are prescribed by Decision Odluka o uporabi grba i zastave Općine Udbina, adopted on 3 May 2000 by the Municipality Assembly and published on 26 June 2000 in the County official gazette Županijski glasnik Ličko-senjske županije, No. 6.

The flag is described in Article 12 of the Decision as follows:

The flag is in proportions 1:2, blue with the coat of arms of the Municipality, bordered white, in the middle.
