Končanica chosed on 18 March 2012 a coat of arms and a flag (Radio Daruvar; municipal website).
However, upon the request for more info, I received the answer from the Mayor that the design is "in finalization process"; apparently, they wait for the approval by the Ministry before formally adopting the Decision formally. So, for the time being the symbols are still proposals, even though they are used on the municipal website.

The flag is in proportions 1:2, blue with the coat of arms in the middle.
The coat of arms is "Or a wooden bucket proper ensigned with a fish sable and a base vert".
