According to source the 3-stars flag was introduced in December 1989,
the stars have been taken from the family’s coat of arm. But I know definitely,
that the HQ today uses the “old” flag without stars.

Description of flag: It is a plain white flag with red serifed capitals “FL” in its centre. In the canton are 3 red 5-point stars in triangular constellation (one above two). The company today uses the flag without stars.
