formerly Rae Lakes

Unequal triband of green, white and green charged on the white area with a local badge. This badge consists of an overall circle shaped emblem divided diagonally in dark blue and green showing a stylized caribou head on an arrow and a mountain.

Gameti, with a population of 256 (as of 1996), is located at 6409'N lat. and 16720'W long., halfway between the two great lakes. Local languages are Dogrib and English, and the community belongs to the electoral district of North Slave and to land claim area of Dogrib.
