The symbols of Srebrenik are prescribed by Decision Odluka o grbu i zastavi Općine Srebrenik (text), adopted on 9 June 1998 by the Municipal Council and published in the Municipal official gazette Službeni glasnik Općine Srebrenik.
The flag is shown on the municipal website (image, photo, photo, photo, photo) is horizontally divided white-green with thin red and blue
stripes along the bottom and the coat of arms in its middle.
The Decision provides the color specification as follows:
- yellow: 171***;
- green (foreground): 528 M**;
- green (background): 509 M**;
- blue: 033 M***;
- black.
