The coat of arms of Kalesija is prescribed by Decision Odluka o usvajanju grba Općine (Kalesija) (text), adopted on 14 October 1995 by the Municipal Assembly.

The coat of arms is a shield, outlined in black, divided into three fields, top green containing the date "1151" between a The year "1151" and its inclusion in the coat of arms is a mystery. The wavy line represents river Sreča on which Kalesia is situated. The Atik Mosque, built in the 16th century, is situated in the village of Tojšići (Wikipedia).
