Description of the flag

Seen at a conference sponsored by a division of the Defense Dept. called the Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC, www.dtic.mil), which is itself part of the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA, www.disa.mil). At the conference, they both had flags on display. Both are simply the round seal of the agency on a plain field. For DISA's flag, the field is white; for DTIC's flag, the field is the same shade of blue as the ribbon and shield of the seal.
