Description of the flag

The flag of Henry County is shown behind the county commissioner in his portrait at (image archived here). It is horizontally divided red-white-red, with a blue vertical stripe possibly 25% the length of the flag along the hoist, and bearing a negative image of a infantryman. On the white stripe are the words HENRY COUNTY in a serif font.
