The flag of the village of Heyworth, Illinois, has a white background with an 8-pointed yellow star and 1856 in the canton, the village logo in black and white in the center of the flag with words "HEYWORTH" above, and "ILLINOIS / U.S.A." below in red. The fly ends with two vertical stripes of red and black.
