Located in Hachioji City Tokyo and established in 1971. The university flag has white background with a blue emblem and blue English university name written horizontally. The emblem of the university is designed with a pen in the center and phoenix wings on both sides. The pen represents wisdom, and the phoenix's wings signify the university's majestic flight to the world.
