Itakura Shigemune

1586-1656

A vassal of the Tokugawa family. Participated in the Battle of Osaka. He held the important position with jurisdiction over public safety in Kyoto for two generations. The war banner was red over white horizontal two stripes with three black comma-shaped design in white stripe.
