Henri Joubert was a shipowner from Hennebont, near Lorient.
On 28 December 1924, the newspaper L'Ouest-Éclair reports the wreckage of the Saint-Caradec during the big thunderstorm of 26-27 December; Joubert, owner of the ship, is presented as the Vice Consul of England in Lorient.
