Description of banner:
It is a white - blue - white vertical triband with ratio 1:3:1. The coat of arms is shifted to the top.

Coat of arms

Description of coat of arms:
The shield is quarterly divided by a black cross. The 1st and 4th quarters show three lozenges ordered sinister bendy in a golden(=yellow) shield. The 2nd and 3rd quarters show a black anchor upward down superimposed by an arrow of the the same colour, all in a silver(=white) field.
Meaning:
According to source the black cross is symbolizing the archbishopric and electorate of Köln, the lozenges are taken from the arms of the lords of Drolshagen, anchor and arrow are attributes of the local patron, Pope Clemens, a martyr.
