It is a red-yellow vertical bicolour. The charges of the coat of arms are placed into a red bannerhead.

Kranenburg Coat of Arms

In a red shield is a golden (=yellow) castle masoned black, flanked by two silver (= white) cranes.
Meaning:
According to source the arms are based on the old seal of Kranenburg, which known since the 13th century. The cranes and castle together are canting, "Kranenburg" means "castle of the cranes".
